Vitamin D3

My psychiatrist informed me of the possible health benefits for mood (depression) and anticancer properties believed to be associated with vitamin D3 so I've started taking 1000mg a day along with my meds.  We'll see if there is a noticeable difference.

I also found the below article so I thought I would share.

i have been taking vitamin D for a while off and on and i would definitely say that it helps, along with omega 3-6-9 and multivitamin.

Re: Vitamin D3

There is plenty of scientific evidence that vitamin D has several different effects on immune system function that may enhance your immunity and inhibit the development of autoimmunity.Vitamin D promotes healthy teeth and bones in kids. It also promotes calcium absorption, bone mass, building, the prevention of bone loss, and it protects against muscle weakness.Maintenance of blood calcium levels within a narrow range is vital for normal functioning of the nervous system, as well as for bone growth, and maintenance of bone density.
